•  Builders’ cleans (initial and deep)

•  Sparkle cleans (final handover preparation)

•  Daily welfare cleaning – toilets, offices, site cabins, canteens

•  High-level cleaning (ceilings, beams, ductwork, and hard-to-reach areas)

We use safe, H&S-compliant cleaning solutions and advanced equipment to maintain a clean, healthy working environment on every site. All our operatives hold valid CSCS cards and wear full PPE as standard.

Why Choose Nick’s Cleaners?

We understand that construction projects run on tight deadlines—and the final clean is just as critical as the build itself. That’s why we go beyond surface-level tidying to deliver a genuinely spotless, handover-ready finish.

Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. Regardless of the scale of the job, we maintain the highest quality standards, working closely with you to understand your specific requirements and budget. We are fully qualified, trained, and insured—giving you total peace of mind.

We work with:

•  New-build contractors

•  Designers and architects

•  Refurbishment specialists

•  Private individuals and developers

Our Post-Construction Cleaning Process

We follow a systematic approach to ensure nothing is missed:

• Cleaning always starts from the top and works downwards, starting with high-level surfaces and progressing to floors and exits.

• For multi-storey buildings, we begin at the top floor and work our way out—from terraces to the main exit.

• During site inspections, we remain flexible and adapt our methodology to suit the project stage and specific site conditions.

We invest heavily in specialist equipment and materials to remove:

•  Construction dust and debris

•  Stickers, paint splashes, and adhesive residues

•  Silicone, grout, and cement marks from floors, windows, and furniture

Our methods protect your property’s surfaces while delivering a flawless, professional finish that’s ready for immediate use.

To complement our builders’ cleans, we also provide:

•   External cleaning – cladding, brickwork, windows, patios, decking

•   Carpet cleaning – deep extraction and stain removal
