As an importat part of Health and Safety rules at Nicks Cleaners,we always undertake Method statement and Risk assesment for each project including, how we manage the risks from Covid 19 as now is most impotant than ever we understand the importance of protecting our customers and cleaning operatives,COSHH report and ensure all our operatives providing after builders clean on a construction project, wear right PPE and are aware of potencial hazards.We asure to preventing accidents and responsible with out health and safety policy statement,and  we are all working to the same safety guidelines procedure,and work very closely with site managers.

For builders clean most of the  construction companies require from the cleaning company to provide the following:

CHAS membership. Certificate-4.pdf
Public and Employers Liability insurance up to £5 million
Cleaning operatives trained in the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)    Regularly audited health and safety policies
Use of PPE (Personal Protective Clothing)
Each Builders Clean project having a site-specific risk assessment and method statement.
